Professional Photography Reservation

Service Description

Thank you for your interest in our professional photography reservations. Please read the following carefully. FEE & GUIDELINES: We offer the opportunity to professional photographers to capture their clients during the most picturesque window of lavender's blooming season. Countless weeks of work go into manicuring our fields and grounds, so we assess a $60 site fee for your photo shoot. Please respect our farm rules and kindly do not attempt to bypass the reservation and payment process. RESERVATION: A reservation is for one (1) person/couple/family and reservations can be made and paid for by the photographer or the client. The farm and fields are spacious and we book up to three (3) photographers per evening. Reservations are available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings from June 4 to July 5, 2023. The farm closes at 5:00 pm on these days and you can plan your photo shoot for any time between 6:00pm and 8:30pm. The farm is closed to all activities on Saturdays. Please choose your desired date from the calendar and complete your reservation(s). MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS ON THE SAME DAY: If you are a photographer planning to shoot several clients or mini-sessions in one evening, make your initial reservation and then send a follow-up email to info@bluemountainlavender.com with the subject line "Professional Photography" to receive authorization and invoicing for additional clients. Unless you have done this, you are only authorized to bring one individual/couple/family to the property. DAY OF RESERVATION: Upon arrival, please sign in at the clipboard provided. Move freely around the farm to find your perfect photo spots. There are two fields out front and don't miss our large, main field through the breezeway and past the trellises. While a staff person is always on the property, we will not necessarily connect with you unless you need some help. Portable restrooms are available near the parking lot. We reserve the right to undertake farm work during photo sessions, but are always respectful of photographers' time and space. In the event of inclement weather, we will help you rebook your session and if this is not possible, the site fee will be refunded. Cancelation Policy

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY: reservations for photography require payment in full at the time of reservation. We will work with photographers to reschedule photo shoots in the case of bad weather. CRAFT CLASSES: reservations for craft classes require a non-refundable deposit paid at the time of reservation. On rare occasions, a class may be cancelled due to storms, extremely high temperatures, or lack of lavender varieties required for a certain class. In these instances, deposits will be refunded. MEDITATION SESSIONS: non-refundable payment is due at the time of reservation. On rare occasion a sessions may be cancelled due to storms or extremely high temperatures. In these instances, deposits will be refunded.
