Service Description

Please note: This reservation is for the SITE USE and DOES NOT include the photographer. Please read all information carefully. Capture the beauty and tranquility of our lavender fields in your professional photography session. RESERVATION: A reservation is for one photo session. Available dates are Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from June 8 to July 2, 2025. The farm closes at 5:00pm and you can plan your photo shoot any time from 5:30 pm to 8:30pm. Fields are spacious, so we may book up to 3 photographers per evening. The farm is closed to all activities on Saturdays. Please choose your desired date from the calendar and complete your reservation(s). FEE & GUIDELINES: We offer photography during the most picturesque time of lavender's blooming season. Months of work go into manicuring the fields and grounds, so we assess a $70 site fee for your photo shoot; wedding photo shoots are $100. Please plan to respect our guidelines and do not attempt to bypass the reservation and payment process. RESERVATIONS FOR MULTIPLE SHOOTS: If you are a photographer planning to shoot several clients, or a series of mini-sessions in one evening, a fee is require for each client. $70 is due for each session; $35 is due for each mini-session. Please email info@bluemountainlavender.com with the subject line PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY for authorization to have multiple clients on the same evening and you will be invoiced for the balance. DAY OF RESERVATION: Please check in with the clipboard near the fountain. Move freely around the farm to find your perfect photo spots. There are small fields in front and don't miss our main field through the breezeway and past the trellises. While a staff member is always on the property, we will not necessarily connect with you unless you need some help. Portable restrooms are available near the parking lot. DISCLAIMERS: Photo reservation fees are not refundable except for inclement weather. In the event of bad weather, we will help you rebook your session, or if it is not possible to rebook, the site fee will be refunded. We reserve the right to undertake routine farm work during photo sessions, but we are respectful of time and space, never causing a disruption.
