Growing lavender in the Walla Walla Valley since 2000
Blue Mountain Lavender Farm is family-owned agro-tourism operation in the Walla Walla Valley of southeastern Washington State. The farm is open to the public each year from June 1 to July 15 for shopping in the farm boutique, plant sales, lavender u-pick of 25 varieties on 2 acres, and DIY classes.
The on-site Farm Boutique features artisanal lavender goods including dried bouquets, sachets, a curated selection of bath and body products, culinary accoutrements, and dried lavender buds by the pound. The backdrop of the Blue Mountains provides beautiful opportunities for photographers, painters, and visitors who savor la joie de vivre.
Following the decision to cultivate a rural setting for their lives, the Grimaud family moved from France to the USA in 2000. This journey landed them on 10 acres of land with a desire to grow lavender, France's quintessential crop. Family owned and operated, nearly all the care, including planting, weeding, harvesting, drying, and processing, is carried out by hand.
